NCR Forms provide the functionality of carbon paper without the carbon paper. They are available in 2, 3, 4 and 5-part colored sets to clearly identify each page of the form. NCR Forms come padded in collated sets preprinted in either 1 or 2 colors or full color printing. Numbering can be added if you prefer or when set serialized forms are required.
1&2 Color printing does not allow for bleeds.
NCR Forms are an efficient way to provide multiple colored copies of a single document that includes handwritten or typed information. They are the modern replacement for forms with carbon paper. NCR Forms eliminate the carbon mess and are a much more professional alternative to filling out multiple copies of a form on white paper. Use them for forms of all types, such as order forms, packing lists, invoices, and receipts. They are particularly useful where quantities, checkmarks, or signatures will be added to the form by hand.
The most common order options are 8.5" x 11" and 8.5" x 5.5" on NCR Paper with 2 parts. NCR Forms are frequently printed in both 1 and 2 color, including a Pantone color, on the front and usually just one color on the back (1/1, 2/1). They are most often padded (glued) on the top and typically numbered. Full color NCR printing is also available.
The back side of the form is the perfect location for printing terms & conditions, warranty information, or other non-variable text that you want on every copy.
With the option to add Variable Numbering, NCR Forms are perfect for order forms, packing lists, invoices, receipts, and more. They’re available in 2 Part (White, Canary) and 3 Part (White, Canary, Pink) collated sets that are glued on the short edge.
• At least 0.25" of space on the glued edge (short edge) should be free of ink
• Full color and solid colored backgrounds are not recommended, as it may effect your ability to read the text and write on the form
• Light ink coverage is highly recommended

Please note:
In order to reproduce Pantone colors, we will use ink of that specific color. Pantone colors in your file must be specified as the Pantone color you desire. Do not convert the Pantone color to CMYK. While many Pantone colors can be reproduced using blends of CMYK inks, this approach is only available when you order 4-Color Offset or Digital. This is because our 1 & 2 color presses have a maximum of two ink stations.
While many colors can be built as a blend of other colors (for example, red and yellow combined create orange), our 1 & 2 Color printing requires that your files specify that you want orange (Pantone #165) and not a mix of red and yellow.
We get rave reviews for our 1 & 2 Color printing. Following the guidelines above will make it easy for you to get what you want. If you don't know the Pantone color equivalent for the color you want, you can find a Pantone sample book at most art and design stores.
Padding:
Padding means the gluing of multiple pieces of paper stacked together on a single edge, as typically seen with pads of paper.
- Padding on Top
- Padding on the Left
- Padding on the Right
- Padding on the bottom
