Digital t shirt printing is essential for designs that are simply too complex for traditional screen printing methods, and when the maximum amount of detail is sought. Our DTG printers use the best quality inks to distribute the ink evenly across one amazing design after another.
Our T-Shirts are printed by a CMYK+W digital print process and can be printed on the front and back of the T-Shirt.If you would like to order printing only on the back, please choose 0/4 under the color option. Current acceptable file types are .pdf, .jpg, and .eps files.
We offer various types of T-Shirts, made from 100% cotton. Our current selection of colors include: White, Black, Red, Blue and Gray. Adult sizes range from S to XXL. Kids sizes range from XS to XL. (NOTE: Ladies Short and Long Sleeve T-Shirts are Slim Fit)

There are two available print areas, 11"x8.5" and 8.5"x11". Both are centered 2" down from the bottom of the collar for the front, and 5.5" down from the top of the collar for the back.
As you can see, the print area (GREEN) will be printed on the shirt. Anything outside that area (RED) will not be printed.
Above is an example of offset position for T-Shirts. As you can see you can achieve a left or right side chest print by positioning the logo or artwork accordingly on the 11"x8.5" document size.
For all T-Shirts; the background color of your artwork must be transparent if you want the color of the garment to show. Saving a transparent PDF or TIF file is the best way to do this. You can also send in EPS files with no background.
For example, if you want a logo printed on a garment and your artwork contains the logo with a white background, or any background color, it will print as you see it on the file. The logo must be on a transparent background if you only want the logo to print. Since the womens and youth size shirts are a bit smaller, your artwork must set up vertically only: Width = 8.5 Height = 11. Horizontal files are not accepted.
